I’m Stoked! This week has seen some really awesome stuff make its way into the store! So in case you’ve been stuck under a rock and haven’t made it in yet here’s the What’s New for the week of 6/21/2012.
Space the final frontier, well we didn’t get a Star Trek board game in we got something better Eclipse is now back in stock! At rank 6 on the boargamegeek site you don’t get many games better then this and there blurb describes it well “A game of Eclipse places you in control of a vast interstellar civilization, competing for success with its rivals. You will explore new star systems, research technologies and build spaceships to wage war with. There are many potential paths to victory, so you need to plan your strategy according to the strengths and weaknesses of your species while paying attention to the other civilizations’ endeavors.”
Pathfinder is now back in stock in force with multiples of the core book and every hardback book now in stock again if you’ve missed out on picking up this amazing RPG drop by and ask Gary or Kenny we’ll let you know how awesome we think it is. Pathfinder Advanced Race’s Guide is now here this book is great if you’ve missed out on your favorite races in recent supplements but the best part may be the race creator section of the book in which you can create balanced races for the game. In case you missed your chance at some great maps both the Jade Regent and Skull’s & Shackles Map Folios are in stock again.
World War 2 strategy games live in everyone’s heart and the core game of Axis & Allies 1942 is now back in stock, if you were recently looking to rewrite history check it out.
You need dice for almost every game and we’ve restocked our dice sets like crazy. Come on in to see if any are to your liking or let us know the ones you want and we can order them from Chessex for you.
Grim dark alternate history is the theme of the newest miniature game to grace the store, Malifaux is now in stock on our new selection tables. Our first round of orders have been starter boxes but we can always order more let us know what we can get for you and we’ll order it. This Sunday 6/24/2012 Paul Luna will be running demo’s of this great skirmish game so drop by with your own minis or come by and play with the demo units before you pick up your own.
If your looking for small box great games Zombie Dice, The Resistance and Redshirts were all restocked this week.
Warhammer 40k 6th Edition has a date (finally) and its June 30th come by and write down your name on our Pre-Order list to secure your copy.
